The action of zombie horror DeadIsland takes place on the tropical Island of Bana, located in the southern part of the Pacific Ocean. There is the hotel Royal Palms, where the rich rest. But a sudden mysterious epidemic turns a beautiful place into hell, filled with crowds of zombies. Four heroes - Xiang Mei (spa employee), Sam Bee (rap star), Logan (former American football star) and Purne (bodyguard, former police officer) - face all the horrors of the Island and fight for their lives. The main feature of the gameplay is the ability to use virtually any items found in the virtual world as a weapon. Also players expect full freedom of action - to the set goal it will be possible to go in different ways. The main part of the fighting takes place with the use of short-range weapons and a first-person view, but one can also find firearms, which are very few on the island.
