Installation
Switching the language in the game
The first method: In /ELEX/data/ini/ConfigDefault.xml, change: SubtitleLanguage = "Russian"
The second way: Start the game, exit. In C: /Users/%username%/AppData/Local/ELEX/Config/ConfigUser.xml add : SubtitleLanguage = "Russian"
