Silent Hill:Downpour - survival horror game, the eighth part of the Silent Hill series of games, developed by the Czech company Vatra Games and published by Konami in 2012. SilentHill:Downpour was officially announced at the game show Electronic Entertainment Expo in 2010, where the first trailer of the game was shown. The game was released on March 13, 2012 in North America, release in Europe took place on March 30.

The best build of the emulator and optimal settings are selected.
Control for the keyboard and gamepads is adjusted.
Cut logging (improves performance).
- Patch the game engine and files:
Fixed a bug in the video and provided full patency of the game.
The picture is now rendered in a clean 720p without zamylivaniya.
Fixed black screens in the menus and interfaces.
Most of the highlights and bright spots have been removed.
FPS is increased by 15% due to optimization of visual effects.
The gamepad buttons are replaced with keys (when running from the keyboard).
- Patch graphics based on SweetFX / ReShade:
FXAA anti-aliasing is enabled (reduces stairs on HD monitors).
The correct color scale is set (fix bugs postprocessing).
Correct settings for brightness and shading (fix bugs of light).
- Tuning utility (launcher):
The ability to change the language of the game at any time (Russian / English).
The ability to change the type of control and render at any time.
The keyboard now works also with the Russian default layout.

Installation and startup procedure:
1. Install, following the instructions of the installer.
2. Play.
The launch is performed on an EXE file with the name and icon of the game.
You can also pre-configure the desired parameters by running the "Launcher.exe" configuration utility, where you can select the desired game language, control type, render parameters, and also backup, restore or delete your save. Exit the game by Alt + F4 or by closing the window.
At the first start , the executable code will be compiled by the emulator - it may take several minutes, be sure to wait until the end!
